CCRCs provide seniors age 62 and over with:
Some CCRCs are owned by investors and managed by other companies. Others, like Four Seasons in Indiana, are both sponsored and managed by a single entity, often a non-profit like BHI Senior Living.
Like many other CCRCs, Four Seasons collects a one-time entrance fee that entitles our residents to occupy their selected homes; use the common area amenities, programs, and services; and make use of our health care continuum (including access to physicians’ offices, temporary rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing). The entrance fee may be partially refundable, depending on the plan chosen. In addition, our retirement community’s monthly fee covers other important items like utilities and indoor and outdoor maintenance. A rental plan is also available with all of the apartments at Four Seasons.
