Financial Plans
Prior to becoming a resident of Four Seasons, a BHI senior living community in Columbus, Indiana, you will have the opportunity to select a residency agreement with the financial plan that best suits your situation and preferences. Depending on the plan you choose, you may also be asked to pay an entrance fee.
Our retirement community offers two major types of financial plans and corresponding residency agreements - continuing care and rental.
