Four Seasons is operated by BHI Senior Living. We are a local, financially secure, faith-based, non-profit organization based in Zionsville, Indiana, in the Indianapolis area. Originally founded as an orphanage in 1904, our organization has provided quality senior living and health care in Indiana since 1952.
Unlike some communities which are owned by investors and managed by other companies, Four Seasons is part of a family of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) that are both sponsored and managed by BHI.
During more than 50 years of providing senior services in Indiana, BHI has developed strong relationships with the local communities in which we operate. BHI’s financial goals are not driven by the need to return profits to investors. Instead, we seek to make continuous improvements to the programs, living environments, and services we provide to our residents.
Our commitment to our residents and solid financial position have enabled us to provide charitable care for residents who outlive their financial resources, allowing them to remain at the community.
